Further Services
Supervised Services offers a range of further services outside our supervised visits. Clients can request a range of reports listed below.
Court Reports
A minimum of 2 to 3 weeks notice is required for our team to provide a court written report. Payment of $450 for 4 visits will be required upon request. Any additional reports will be charged at an $70 per visit.
Please note: Court reports will not be released while visits are occurring to ensure the protection of the child/children involved.
Affidavit
Affidavits can be provided upon request. A minimum of 2 to 3 weeks notice is required for our team to provide an Affidavit. Payment of $120 will be required upon request to prepare the documentation.

Court Evidence
A member of our team can be requested to attend court and provide evidence. At least 2 weeks notice is required to ensure the attendance of your supervised worker.
A cost of $100 per hour including Webex and telephone attendance. A minimum of 3 hours is to be paid regardless of the attendance timeframe to account for preparation of giving evidence.
Subpoena
A fee of $250 will be charged to the individual responsible for their account for the request of subpoenaed documentation.
Home Safety Assessment
A home safety assessment can be carried out at the request of a client. This give us an opportunity to evaluate the risks and safety around the home to ensure the child's safety.
Payment of $300 will be made upfront prior to the attendance of a home safety assessment.
Late Cancellation Fee
A 24 hour cancellation fee for the total amount of the visit is required unless a medical certificate is provided.
